On 19 May 2009 in Khemarin Palace, His Majesty granted an audience to His Excellency Mr Jean-François DESMAZIERES, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Cambodia. On this occasion His Majesty received a distinghished Legion d’Honneur from His Excellency Mr François Gerin-Roze, President of the Community of Subventions of Legion d Honneur Members.
