On 10 May 2009 in Khemarin Palace, His Majesty welcomed His Excellency M. Chea Soth, Councilor of the High Privy Council to His Majesty, dean of the National Assembly , and deputy in Phnom Penh, together with his family. H.E.Mr Chea Soth and family were presenting best wishes to His Majesty with a splendid basket of flowers and 1,000 sarongs, for the King's birthday celebrations.
