On 9 May 2009 His Majesty was welcoming in Khemarin Palace Mrs. Chang Chin Feng, Ambassadress Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China and collaborators who were presenting best wishes to His Majesty for His 56th Birthday and a 10,000 USD donation to contribute to His Majesty King-Father's noble humanitarian action.
