In 8 May 2009 afternoon, His Majesty was presiding over Visak Bochea celebrations in Preah Keo Morokot temples. Accompanying the King in this relgious ceremony, Samdech Norodom Sirivuth, councillor of the High Privy Council to His Majesty and spouse, Samdech Chivan Monireak, 1st Vice president of the Senate and spouse, Samdech Preah Anoch Norodom Arun Rasmy, younger sister of His majesty, Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Sam Ol, Deputy prime minister and other dignitaries of the Palace.
