The 14th of May 2009, His Majesty the King pay homage to Preah Puth Puthi-Nhean Pagoda in Preak Roka village, situated in O Mal commune , district of Battambang, province of Battambang to celebrate his Majesty’s 59th birthday along with 60 Buddhist monks and the local population. On such enthusiastic occasion, His Majesty the King had graciously blessed 3,000.00 USD to Samdech Preah Aphiserey Sokunthea Moha Sankareachea Thipadey Bou Kri as a Royal Contribution to sustain the pagoda and its general well-being.
