On 17 July 2009 in Khemarin Palace His Majesty the King gave an audience to Mrs. Oknha Tan Phally, general commissioner for the Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts of Cambodia and her 14 member delegation. Mrs. Tan Phally expressed thanks to His Majesty the King, His Majesty King Father and to Her Majesty Queen Mother for their support for the Association with Her Majesty Queen Mother as President. Mrs Tan Phally outlined the Association history, its humanitarian mission and vision and a strong involvement in the Association from young girls and the population.
