On 6 July 2009 His Majesty the King hosted at Khemarin Palace a Chinese Communist Party Delegation led by His Excellency Mr Liv-qi, member of political bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and a Beijing Party Secretary, accompanied by Mrs. Chang Chin Fen, ambassadress Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Cambodia.
