On 24 November 2009 in Khemarin Palace, HM the King greeted H.E. Mr Goh chok Tong, former Prime Minister of the Republic of Singapore and his delegation together with Mrs. TAN YEE WOAN, Ambassadress Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Singapore to the Kingdom of Cambodia. H.E. M Goh chok Tong’s visit to the Kingdom is to strengthen traditional friendship and cooperation relations between the Republic of Singapore and the Kingdom of Cambodia. The former Singapore Prime Minister notices Cambodia’s development in these few years under HM the King’s reign.
