On 12 March 2009 in the Khemarin Palace, HM the King received in audience S. E. M. OLABIYI BABALOLA JOSEPH YAI ambassador of the Republic of Benin to UNESCO and President of the Executive Council of UNESCO, accompanied with H.E.Mr TERUO JINNAI, Director of UNESCO to Cambodia and Mrs. Tan Thiny Secretary of the National Committee to UNESCO. On this occasion HM the King expressed thanks to the Aambassador and President of the Executive Council of UNESCO for his cooperation with Cambodia in particular for his right support in putting Preah Vihear Temles under the World patrimony in the 13rd Meeting in New Zeland.
