On 7 March 20009 in the Khemarin Palace a delegation led by Prince Sisowath Tesso was received in audience. Prince Sisowath Tesso, president of the artistic group informed HM the King of his delegation's plan for an artistic evening on the occasion of HM the King's Birthday celebrations. A Czech delegation would be also invited to perform on that occasion. The fares collected from the evening would be donated to poor and needy population.
