On September 25th 2012 at 9:10am, H.M. the King attended the Wreath-Laying Ceremony in memory of the late President Ho Chi Minh at the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Immediately following the solemn occasion, H.M. the King, accompanied by both Cambodian and Vietnamese delegations, visited the Temple of Literature. The Temple was the first university built in the country and was also the Center for all Vietnamese literature.
