On 7th September 2012, in the Throne Hall, HM the King received Credentials from His Excellency General (retd) Suwanda Hennadige Shantha Kottegoda, accredited Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
