On Septembre 17th 2012, HM the King graciously granted a royal visit at Khemarin Palace to Neak Moneang Sisowath Kanthareth, Chairperson of “Cambodia's Hope Foundation” and her delegation. Neak Moneang Sisowath Kanthareth offered as a good will gesture 3 tons of rice sponsored by “Cealo Global Harmony Japan”, in contribution to HM the King's humanitarian Action.
