On 28 November 2012 morning, HM the King and HM the Queen-Mother preside over an official Ceremony where the Honorific Title of Preah Karuna Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk Preah Borom Ratanak Kodh was offered to His Late Majesty the King-Father according to Cambodian Royal Tradition. National Assembly President, Samdech Heng Samrin, Cambodian Premier, Samdech Hun Sen, Deputy Prime Minister and Royal Palace Minister, Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Sam Ol, Royal family members and Royal palace dignitaries attend the ceremony.
