On 22 Septembre 2012 morning, HM the King was presiding over the inauguration of IRM of Kantha Bopha n05 Hospital in Phnom Penh with the hospital’s founding president Professor Beat Richner. Among the Royal entourage, Deputy Prime Minister Minister of the Royal Palace Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Sam Ol, Senate chairman per interim H.E. Mr Say Chhum, 2nd Vice Chairman of the Senate H.E. Mr Tep Ngorn, 2dn Vice President of the National Assembly Lok Chumteav Khuon Sodary, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Rehabilitation Council and Agricultural and Rural Development H.E. Mr Yim Chhay Ly, Chairman of the Constitutional Council H.E. Mr Ek Sam Ol, Chairman of the Supreme Court H.E. Mr Dith Monty, parliamentarians, high representatives of various institutions, national and international donors, and medical corp of Kantha Bopha Hospital. HM the King called on hospital patients and donated : clothes 10,000 riels of support to 900 patient nurses 1 sarong 20,000 riels of support HM the King proceeded with the IRM inauguration by cutting off the ribbon.
