Immediately following the preceding, HM king Norodom Sihamoni was warmly welcomed by 810 representatives of the poor families from 06 villages of O-Krieng commune, Sambo district. Each family was blessed by His Majesty the King with 50kg of rice, a mosquito net and clothes kit and 50,000.00 riels. The 150 pupils that were part of the welcoming committee also received a complete school kit, along with a blue short/skirt, candies and 10,000.00 riels. The three representing teachers also received a mosquito net and clothes kit and 50,000.00 riels as well.
