On 18 August 2009 in Khemarin Palace, His Majesty the King greeted His Ex. Mr Katsuhir SHINIHARA, Japanese Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Cambodia, and spouse. His Ex. Mr Katsuhir SHINIHARA was paying his respect to His Majesty the King after completing diplomatic mission in the Kingdom. The Japanese Ambassador offered His Majesty the King precious electronic devices such as camera digital and DVD on silk festivals in 2008. The Ambassador and Mrs. Shinihara received in return fine traditional silver work and documents related to royal activities and realizations of historic significance.
