On 10 August 2009 in Khemarin Palace, His Majesty the King received a delegation from the Central Committee of theVietnamese Communist Party , led by His Ex. Mr Hoang Binh Quan, member of the Central Committee and President of the Committee for Foreign Affairs. His Ex. Mr Hoang Binh Quan offered paintings of ancient Vietnamese Universities and received from the King fine traditional silver work. His Ex. Mr Hoang Binh Quan reported His Ex. M. Nong Duc Manh’s positive answer to His Majesty’s invitation to visit the Kingdom of Cambodia.
