On 15 August 2009 in Khemarin Palace, His Majesty the King received Mr Jef Moons, president of the “Hand in Hand Cambodia” Association, Mrs. Sil Sineng, president of “Bridge to the Peace in South-East Asia”Association, with other presidents of the provincial committee and programme directors from Kep city. The two delegations reported the organizations work and offered albums, bracelets, necklaces and other objects made by the cambodian children. Each delegation received financial contributions from His Majesty the King.
