On 13 August 2009 in Khemarin Palace, His Majesty the King warmly welcomed Samdech Krom Preah Norodom Ranariddh, president of the High Privy Council to His Majesty the King. Samdech Krom Preah presented his best wishes and offered DVD to His Majesty the King.
