On 27 November 2012 evening, a Buddhist ceremony preside over by HM the King and HM the Queen-Mother was held at the Throne Hall, to announce the Honorific Title to be offered to His Late Majesty the King-Father. Cambodian Premier Samdech Hun Sen, Deputy Prime Minister and Royal Palace Minister, Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Sam Ol, Royal family members and Royal palace dignitaries are present at the ceremony.
