Mr. Yoshihiko Noda, Japanese Prime Minister and his spouse. - At 17:30pm : Brunei’s Delegation, led by His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei. - At 18 :00pm : Lao Democratic People’s Republic’s Delegation, led by H.E. Mr. Thongloun SISOULITH, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister. - At 18:30pm : Delegation of the People’s Republic of China led by Prime Minister Wen Jiabao.
