On 19th November 2012 Her Majesty Queen Mother and His Majesty the King of Cambodia received the 21st ASEAN Summit delegations, paying their respects to Late King father Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia, in a memorial service ceremony at the Throne Hall. - At 10:30am : Republic of India’s Delegation, led by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his spouse. - At 15:45pm : Malaysian Delegation ,led by Prime Minister Najib Razak his spouse. - At 17:30pm an Australian Delegation, led by Prime Minister Julia Gillard.
