In the afternoon of 5 August 2012, H.E. Mr. GUO GING MAO, Governor of Henan welcomed HM the King and the Royal Delegation at Sofitel hotel where HM the King inaugurated the Khmer Chinese Friendship envelope and postage stamp.
H.E. Mr. GUO GING MAO hosted a reception in honor of HM the King and the Royal Delegation.
