In the afternoon of August 18th 2012, HM the King returned to the Kingdom after a friendly visit to Henan province- PRC as well as a routine medical checkup. Among the welcoming committee for HM the King’s arrival presented at the Phnom Penh International Airport were SamdechChea Sim, President of the Senate, Samdech Heng Samrin, President of National Assembly, Samdech Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia, High Privy Counsellor to HM the King, SamdechNorodomSirivuth, and his spouse, HE Mr. Pan Kuan Xu extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the PRC ,and members of the Royal Family.
