On the 14th of May 2012, His Majesty the King paid homage to Preah Puth Chey Mongkolaram Pagoda in Andong Khmer village, situated in Kampot town in the province of Kampot to celebrate his Majesty’s 59th birthday along with 60 Buddhist monks and the local population. On such enthusiastic occasion, His Majesty the King had graciously blessed 3,000.00 USD to Samdech Preah Aphiserey Sokunthea Moha Sankareachea Thipadey Bou Kri as a Royal Contribution to sustain the pagoda and its general well-being.
