On 24 March 2012 morning, under His Majesty the King’s High Presidency, a sworn in ceremony for the Senate 3rd legislature took place in the Throne Hall, with Samdech Chea Sim as Senate Chairman, H.E. Mr. Say Chhum as 1st Vice Chairman, H.E. Mr. Tep Ngorn as 2nd Vice Chairman, and with all other senators.
