On 5 March 2012, at Khemarin Palace, HM the King granted an audience to His Holiness Samdech Preah Akka Moha Sangkreach Tep Vong and Mr. Ieng Sopheap, official at the Ministry of Finances and Economy and his family.
Mr. Ieng Sopheap and his family presented HM the King with a humanitarian contribution of 5 tons of rice and a Buddhist statue.
