For the 101th Women’s Day celebration,8 March 2012, HM the King greeted at Serey Monkol Residence HE Mrs. Ing Kantha Phavy, Minister of Women Affairs and a delegation members of the Ministry of Women Affairs, of Council and Deputy Governors of Phnom Penh city and of provinces of the Kingdom. The Women delegation received gifts from HM the King mainly golden pins with HM the King’s portraits.
