On 29 December 2009 in Khemarin Palace, HM the King greeted prince Sisowath Tesso, councellor to HM the King’s cabinet, and Mr Patrice Burel, director of the Internatioal Association of Francophonie in the Pacific regions. Mr Patrice Burel informs HM the King of the Association activities in its support for Cambodia in the fields of culture, students formation in universities and in the Cambodian media in French language. Mr Burel expresses satisfaction over French learning among the Cambodian youths.
