On 28 December 2009 in Khemarin Palace HM the King received in audience Mr Gosomuntha, president of the Japanese Association in Cambodia, leader of a Japanese delega-tion “International Peaceful Association ” and “Foundation of culture for the development of Cambodia” and an ATARI Cie. delegation. The Japanese delegations presented HM the King with 13 tons of rice as a contribution to HM the King’s humanitarian action.
