At the end of a 3 day state visit in the Kingdom, from 20 to 22 December 2009, HE Mr Xi jinping, Vice President of the People’s Republic of China and delegation accompanied by Mrs. Chan Chin Fen, ambassadress extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the P.R. of China to Cambodia were greeted by HM the King at the Throne Hall on 22 Dec. 2009. Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Sam Ol, Deputy prime minister and Minister of the Royal Palace, Mrs. Khek Sisoda, High Privy councellor of HM the King and ambassadress extra-ordinary and plenipotentiary of Cambodia to the P.R of China, HE Mr Kuy Sophal, senior minister in charge of the Affairs of the Royal Palace, were aolso present at the audience. HE Mr Yi Sin Pin presented HM the King painting in natural silk, symbol of Chinese prosperity. HM the King offered traditional silverwork with the temples of Angkor in sculpture.
