On 23 December 2009 in Khemarin Palace, HM the King welcomed Samdech Norodom Sirivuth, High privy Councellor of HM the King. Samdech Norodom Sirivuth outlined successful results of an important meeting in Siem Reap organized by APSARA authority in collaboration with the University of Sydney in the framework of the International Commission of Protection and Development of the historic site of the temples of Angkor with France and Japan as co-chairman.
