On 11 December 2009 in Khemarin Palace, HM the King greeted Venerable Preah Oudam Setha Chea Chhom, Chief of Thomakhosnaram pagoda in Rhodes Island, USA, and his delegation. Venerable Preah Oudam Setha Chea Chhom and his delegation donated basic commodities, and material to contribute to HM the King’s humanitarian action. HM the King gave the delegation books on royal humaniatarian activities.
