In His quality as Honoray President of the Scientist Foundation in Cambodia, His Majesty was presiding over an opening ceremony of the general Meeting of the Scientist foundation, which took place in Serey Monkol Palace on 30 April 2009. On this occasion, His Majesty expressed thanks to the eminent scientists male and female and members of the Foundation for their effort in contributing to the renoun of the the Foundation, created by His Majesty King-Father.
