On 7 April 2009 His Majesty the King called on Preah Op Chhea president of the bouddhist monks in Kampuchea Krom, a president of the alliance of bouddhist monks and students in Kampuchea Krom, a representative of the Federation of Khmer Kampuchea Krom, and a Representative of 13 pagodas. HM the King was greeting 15 representatives of different Khmer Kampuchea Krom centres led by Mr Thach Setha Executive president of Khmer kampuchea Krom Federation. They were presenting their wishes for the Khmer New Year.
