On 8 April 2009 H.M. the King welcomed H.E. Mr IEU Pannakar, member of the Senate, accompanied by his son IEU Pannasidh, Secretary of State to the Royal Cabinet and by his daughter-in law Mrs. Tep Rotha, newly married to Mr IEU Pannasidh. On this occasion. the new couple received the royal blessings.
