On 27 April 2009 in Khemarin Palce, His Majesty was welcoming HRH Prince Alfred of Liechtenstein. HRH Prince Alfred informed His Majesty of his next attending the opening Event " The bridge of dialogue for the culture of Peace" which would take place April 28 in the Cambodiana Hotel, a ceremony that would be presided over by Samdech Hun Sen.
