In 16 Avril 2009 afternoon, HM the King was presiding over a religious bathing ceremony of the statues representative of divinities, in Preah Tineang Tevea Vinichhay. Samdech Sisowath Chivan Monireak representing the Royal Famille, and Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Sam Ol, representing dignitaries and staff working in the royal palace, have successively delivered a speech to express admiration and gratitude to HM the King.
