On 29 December 2008 at the Khemarin Palace HM the King gave His Blessings to a young couple: HRH Prince Sisowath Nando and Miss Chouly Seng. Present at the royal blessings was Samdech Preah Anoch Princess Norodom Arun Rasmy, the royal family and the bride’s family. HRH Prince Sisowath Nando is HM the King’s nephew.
