Before leaving for their respective mission, four Cambodian ambassadors went to pay their respect to HM the King, on 22 December at the Khemarin Palace : HE Mr Hor Monirath, ambassador to Japan HE Mr Hem Heng, ambassador to the USA HE Mr Kan Pharith ambassador to Indonesia And HE Mr Hem Saem ambassador to Belgium , Austria , the Netherlands , Luxemburg.
