On December 1st, 2008, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to H.E. Mr. Em Saman, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Interior who introduced a delegation of the People's Republic of China led by H.E. Mr. Meng Jian Zhu, Minister of National Security accompanied by H.E. Mrs. Zhang Jinfeng, Ambassador of the P.R. of China.
