On December 20th 2012 at 9:00 am, Her Majesty the Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk received a Chinese delegation, led by HE Mrs. Wang Zhi Zhen, vice President of the Political Consutative Parliament of the Chinese People. The Delegation was coming to pay their last Respects to His late Majesty the King father Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia in the Throne Hall.
