On 7 December 2012 afternoon HM Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk accompanied by Samdech Reach Botrey Preah Ream Norodom Norodom Bupha Devi and Samdech Reach Botrey Preah Anoch Norodom Arun Rasmy, greeted the delegation of the Council of State of the People’s Republic of China, led by Mrs. Liu Yandong, Member of the Council of State of the People’s Republic of China who paid their respects to His late Majesty the King-Father of Cambodia.
