On 10 January 2012, HM the King, accompanied by Samdech Decho Hun Sen Prime Minister of Cambodia, left the Royal Palace at 6h30 am toward Mondulkiri Province by bus. In Memut district, province of Kompong Cham, HM the King visited a familial pepper plantation. HM the King donated a sarong and 20,000 riels to each of 300 well wisher villagers.
