On 11 December 2010 in Khemarin Palace, HM the King granted an audience to Mr. Alexandre Boskowitz, Chairman of APJFA, “Association pour la Promotion du Jumelage Fontainebleau-Angkor” and his colleagues. APJFA is a France-Cambodia association based on a twinning between French city of Fontainebleau and Siem Reap province, to promote culture, environment and tourism of these two towns.
