On 2 December 2010 in Khemarin Palace, HM the King granted an audience to the Chinese Communist Party delegation led by H.E. Mr. LI YUANCHAO, Political Bureau member of the Chinese Communist Party. H.E. Mr. LI YUANCHAO and delegation attended the opening of the 6th International Conference of the Asean Political Parties (ICAPP) in Phnom Penh city.
