On 9 December 2010 in Khemarin Palace, HM the King greeted Senator Lao Meng Khin and his spouse H.E. Mrs.Ching Sopheap. Senator Lao Meng Khin andH.E. Mrs. Ching Sopheap offered 100 tonnes of rice for HM the King s humanitarian action and another 100 tonnes of rice for HM King-Father’ s humanitarian action.
