On November 13, 2007, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to a delegation of the Kanha NGO led by its Chairman, Mr. Nuon Sidara. The Kanha NGO was set up in 2002 to provide an assistance to homosexuals and to educate the public about the gay community.
