On November 12, 2007, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to a delegation of Siemens company and of the Enfants du Sourire Khmer association led by Mr. Stéphane Luong. Siemens-ESK achieved and manage three orphanages in Phnom Penh, Kep and Kompong Thom.
